My call was answered promptly on a Sunday afternoon. On Monday Debbie turned up 5 mins earlier than promised, a good start she examined the lock and door, explained the problem?gave an itemised quote proceeded to fit new lock with new bits from her stocked van, worked efficiently and job completed in about half and hour. A poorly installed front door saw my wife and I locked out of our “quality” new build house. We called The Lock Monkey and Debbie, arriving in her fully equipped van, took over. Drilling out the old cylinder she installed a new one in the security door. Throughout she radiated the competence that as a top professional she new what she was doing. I had a very stressful situation today and needed to gain access to my property pretty urgently.

How quickly can you get to me if I’m locked out?

We aim to be with you 30 minutes or less if you live in Exmouth or nearby and often much more quickly. We’ll give you an accurate time estimate when you call, and we will ALWAYS show up.

Can I get a quote over the phone?

For standard work like lock changes, we can often give you a price over the phone. For a more accurate price, we will sometimes ask you to send a photo first.

My uPVC door is hard to lock – do I need a new door?

In most cases, you won’t need a new door! Most uPVC door problems are lock mechanism issues, not the door itself. We can often repair or replace the broken parts. Additionally, your door might be out of alignment, in which case we can realign it.

Are you insured and qualified?

We are fully insured for public liability. We are fully qualified and continue to update our knowledge with ongoing training. We have over 10 years of experience too!
