Debbie arrived within a couple of hours of my call, even though it wasn't an emergency and fixed the problem on the spot with a new lock for a broken one on a large DG window that I'd been told elsewhere would need the entire window replacing, so probably saved me about a grand....thanks Debbie! 🙂

On Monday Debbie turned up 5 mins earlier than promised, a good start she examined the lock and door, explained the problem?gave an itemised quote proceeded to fit new lock with new bits from her stocked van, worked efficiently and job completed in about half and hour. A poorly installed front door saw my wife and I locked out of our “quality” new build house. We called The Lock Monkey and Debbie, arriving in her fully equipped van, took over. Drilling out the old cylinder she installed a new one in the security door. Throughout she radiated the competence that as a top professional she new what she was doing. I had a very stressful situation today and needed to gain access to my property pretty urgently.

My friend phoned The Lock Monkey and Debbie promised to be there within 45 minutes. She arrived well within that time, and sorted my lock within a few minutes.
